The R NINE ONE was developed to bring the very best of Rocket’s Commercial Machine Development Programme into a machine capable of outstanding results, but designed for use in a small commercial application or home environment.
For home espresso enthusiasts pressure profiling is next level control and it has the potential to tease out the best flavours a particular coffee has to offer. Rocket has managed  to include this advanced feature in the R Nine One (usually only found in high-end commercial grade machines).
Other details include thermal stability with Rocket’s fully saturated group system coupled with digital PID temperature control allowing for both stability and flexibility of control parameters.
Pre and post infusion can be controlled through the pressure profiling system, using the 5 preset programmes or via manual control through the Rocket Espresso paddle. The programming and use of the touch screen is quite intuitive, simple to operate, and presents a wealth of information (with repeatability!).
 
A choice to plumb direct into your water connection or make use of the manual refillablewater reservoir, this espresso machine is designed to deliver spectacular results in the cup.
