We are Food Safety Certified
Fluffy Cloud Coffee holds is the highest food safety accreditation in South Africa.

Gone are the days where you could just buy coffee from anyone and hope they delivered safe foods. Today, legislation and corporate health and safety policies regulate the safety of your staff and customers. To that end, we are an R638 Food Safety certified company, which means you are assured that your coffee and other products are safe. In fact we are one of only a precious few coffee production facilities in Southern Africa which holds this rating.

The R638 offers a complete certification Scheme for the auditing and certification of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS). It also offers certification for combined FSMS and Quality Management Systems.

What this means is that from the moment your coffee beans are harvested and processed until the moment you pick up the bag to make coffee, each step in the process is meticulously monitored to ensure that the product we provide you is completely safe for human consumption. Our coffee is free of any potential bacteria, hazards, pests and contaminants.
